Who uses this app
Library is an internal tool. Only Better N Beyond staff with an account can sign in. It is not offered to the public.
Google user data we access
Library asks for access to Google Drive on one account only: the business owner's own Drive. With that access it uploads the artwork images it produces for customer orders into a Drive folder, reads the files' names and view links, and sets view sharing on those files so staff can review them and send proofs. It does not read, change or delete any other files for any other purpose.
How the data is used and stored
- The Drive access token is stored only on our own server, which is not shared with anyone.
- File names and links are stored in our order database so staff can find the images again.
- We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Library's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
The account owner can remove Library's access at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access. After that, Library can no longer upload or read files.
